advantages of beadlocks

If you want to push your tires to the max off road, running beadlock wheels is one of the best ways to do it. Not only do beadlocks add driving performance and better traction off road, but they also limit the potential of losing a tire bead while running lower air psi or driving through extreme terrain. Now, before you get too excited, please note that most beadlock wheels are not DOT approved, meaning they are not intended for street use. There are a few manufacturers that do offer DOT versions.
