The Delta Joint features a zinc plated housing providing the first layer of corrosion resistance, while a tough grease seal keeps potentially harmful elements out of the inner workings of the joint. Metal on metal construction and a greaseable design increase the longevity of the Delta Joint while at the same time allowing for noise-free operation. The ICON Centerline Steering Stabilizer features a through-shaft design to eliminate the push/pull sensation associated with traditional steering stabilizers, resulting in more consistent damping and symmetrical steering feel throughout the input range. The large 2.5-inch diameter stabilizer body and piggyback reservoir increases fluid volume to prevent performance fade due to heat and cavitation. This unit provides a significant increase in steering damping compared to the stock equipment, for an improved driving experience with both stock size and oversize aftermarket wheels and tires. The kit also allows for increased steering travel compared to other aftermarket steering stabilizers. The stabilizer body shares components with ICON's proven 2.5 Series shock absorbers, meaning the unit is fully rebuildable. 2.5 Series features a 6061 hard anodized aluminum shock body for excellent corrosion resistance and a beefy 7/8” chrome plated induction-hardened steel shaft. The ICON 2" bump stop spacer kit drops OE rear bump stops of 05-24 F-250/F-350 by 2” to limit up travel for fitment of certain suspension components, or ensuring clearance of larger tires when the suspension is fully compressed. The CNC aluminum spacers are also useful to ensure proper bump location when deleting OE rear leaf spring blocks when installing new rear leaf springs or if a shorter than OE block without a bump stop tang is desired.

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma Lower Control Arm Kit is designed to be the ultimate stock width replacement control arm upgrade. Their fully welded, boxed, CNC laser cut and brake formed steel plate construction is internally braced with multiple ribs to offer significantly improved strength over the stock Tacoma LCAs. Featuring a high ground clearance design, specially angled plates also allow the arms to easily slide over larger obstacles out on the trail. CNC machined forged steel ball joint housings maintain the highest possible ground clearance while also ensuring strength and appropriate CV boot clearance on 4WD Tacoma models. Rather than using traditional top mounted coilover mounting tabs, these LCAs utilize recessed coilover mounts, further increasing strength and provide race inspired styling. Their incorporated secondary shock mounting tabs tie seamlessly into the ICON S2 Secondary Shock System for a fully bolt-on installation of multiple secondary shock options to effectively double the shock damping ability of the front suspension and improve off-road performance. To make these arms as much at home on the street as they are on the trail, the lower ball joints are of a metal on metal and greaseable design to avoid the short service life and noises typically associated with uniballs while also being able to withstand the abuses of aggressive off-road use. The inner pivot bushings are bonded polyurethane to the outer sleeve and unbonded inner sleeve to minimize deflection and improve handling characteristics while allowing unhindered suspension movement though the entire travel range. Additionally, these specialty bushings do not require any greasing or other maintenance throughout their service life. The strength limitations of the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma's factory steering tie rods have been well documented over the years, especially by Tacoma owners who venture into the big rocks with big tires. These ICON XD Forged Tie Rods remedy this with better materials and beefier dimensions than the stock units. The inner tie rod and ball stud is CNC machined from 4140 chromoly with metal-on-metal bearing surfaces for durability that far exceeds the plastic inner races of the factory components. The adjustment threads are 12% larger in diameter compared than stock Tacoma tie rods for a further increase in strength. The outer tie rod is forged steel and has the same profile as the stock tie rods for fitting all of the Tacoma's factory wheel diameters and offsets, along with just about any aftermarket wheel. The tie rod end is a beefier, metal-on-metal joint that is greaseable for extended service life and has the same range of operating angle as the stock tie rod ends.
