Measure your bed
Trucks that look identical off the lot often have different bed lengths, and a cover that is off by two inches will not fit. Measuring takes about thirty seconds and it means the right cover shows up on install day.
- 1 Drop the tailgate.
- 2 Hook your tape at the bulkhead, the front wall of the bed.
- 3 Run the tape along the bed floor to the inside edge of the tailgate.
- 4 Send us that number in inches.
Inches, not feet. A "six and a half foot bed" can mean 76 inches on one truck and 79 on another. The tape settles it.
