Lifted Trucks in Nashville, Built Your Way.
Not the Dealer's.
Dealer-lifted trucks come with a dealership markup and parts picked for their margin. We build yours with the components you choose, and you keep the difference.

Getting a Lifted Truck in Nashville
Music City 4x4 builds custom lifted trucks for drivers across the Nashville area from two shops in Middle Tennessee: 10 Industrial Park Drive in Hendersonville and 131 Corporate Drive in Clarksville. Both are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Instead of buying a truck someone else lifted, you bring your truck, or the one you plan to buy, and choose the lift, wheels, tires, and gearing yourself.
What does it cost to lift a truck?
Cost depends on lift height, the lift brand you choose, wheel and tire size, and whether the truck needs a regear for bigger tires. Every Music City 4x4 quote is itemized, and there is no dealership markup on the build.
Why is buying a dealer-lifted truck different?
A dealer-lifted truck is priced as the truck plus the parts plus a markup, and the parts are usually chosen by the dealer for margin. Building your own lets you pick the components, see what each one costs, and work directly with the shop that does the install.
How long does a lifted truck build take?
Builds are scheduled. Once parts are in, most lift, wheel, and tire builds are completed the same day or the next day. Larger builds get a timeline with the quote.
Do bigger tires need a regear?
Often, yes. Larger tires change the effective gear ratio, which can hurt acceleration, towing, and transmission behavior. Music City 4x4 is the only Yukon Gear & Axle Master Certified shop in Middle Tennessee and sets up gears in house.

Lifted Truck FAQ
How long will you have my truck?
We schedule every build. Once your parts are in, you drop off on your appointment day, and most lift, wheel, and tire builds are done same day or next day. Bigger builds get a timeline with your quote. We only keep your truck as long as the work takes.
Does a lift void my factory warranty?
Aftermarket parts don't automatically void a factory warranty. A manufacturer can only question the specific component the modification affects.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Standard and flexible-approval options are available. See financing options.
Can I bring my own parts?
We don't install customer-supplied parts. We sell parts at the same price you'll find online, and when you buy through us we own fitment, compatibility, and any warranty claim.
Do you re-torque after install?
Yes. We include a 500-mile torque check on lift hardware.
What are your hours?
Both shops are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
