Each coilover is supplied with ½ inch heims and misalignment spacers for maximum durability in off-road conditions. M 7100 Classic (Coilover) is offered in a 10 inch travel stroke and come with 2.5 inch ID single rate spring hardware. By replacing the stock ball-joint with a larger 1.25 uni-ball bearing, we improve wheel travel and durability under extreme conditions. We also adjust the caster and camber curve to correct geometry, enhancing driving characteristics and handling. Our arms are meticulously engineered using CAD/CAM software and our in-house CNC machine shop produces all the necessary machined parts. The arms are made from thick .156" wall round tubing, laser cut and CNC bent, and MIG welded in precision fixtures. They are then sandblasted and powder-coated for a durable finish. The arms come with polyurethane frame pivot bushings with grease-able zerk fittings and FK 1.25" PTFE-lined uniballs pre-installed. All necessary hardware is included for installation. The arms are designed for 1-3" of lift and also fit '07-20 Tahoe/Yukon SUVs (without electronic controlled suspension). Please note that some factory wheels may require a wheel spacer and we recommend aftermarket wheels with a zero offset for optimum performance and fit. They are finished with steel gray powder-coating and include all necessary hardware for installation. Please note that these arms are not compatible with vehicles equipped with electronic adaptive ride control suspension systems. They are designed for 1-3" of lift and may require trimming of plastic inner fenders to eliminate tire rubbing. Additionally, 20" OEM wheels and tires and 18" OEM wheels with larger tires than stock are not compatible with this suspension system.

These arms are meticulously designed and crafted using CAD and CNC machining. They are made from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum and undergo bead blasting, Type II anodizing, and laser etching for a sleek gun metal gray finish. The arms feature a larger FK 1.25" uniball with a PTFE liner for increased strength and misalignment, allowing for maximum wheel travel. They are made in the USA and are superior to cheaper imports. The uniball is adapted to the spindle/knuckle using model-specific spacers made from heat-treated stainless steel. No drilling or modifications are required. The arms also utilize FK 7/8" chromoly heim joints for additional camber and caster adjustment, eliminating flexing/deflection under hard use. AN/Mil-spec hardware, including a single pinch bolt and secondary jam nut, ensures secure attachment. The new V2 design improves wheel travel, corrects camber and caster, and eliminates weak factory ball-joints. These arms are designed for 1-4.5" of lift and do not fit the Bronco Raptor.

Manufactured in-house, our arms are laser cut, bent, MIG welded, sandblasted, and powder-coated. Machined parts include stainless steel uniball mis-alignment spacers.
