Our 1.25" uniball upper arms for '10-14 Ford Raptors offer technical improvements while keeping costs down. They use polyurethane bushings instead of heims, allowing for less maintenance. The smaller uniball allows for the use of factory offset wheels and tires. By replacing the stock ball-joint with a larger 1.25" uni-ball bearing, we increase wheel travel and durability under extreme conditions. Our arms also improve alignment, driving characteristics, and handling. Manufactured in-house, they are made from 4130 chromoly and feature laser-cut and CNC-bent tubes, MIG welding, and a steel gray powder-coating. Our Camburg KINETIK Series billet upper control arms are designed specifically for the 2017-2024 Gen2 and Gen3 Ford Raptors, including the 2019+ models with FOX Live Valve electronic suspension. These arms have undergone extensive CAD designing and machining to meet our high standards. They are CNC machined in-house from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum, bead blasted, Type II anodized gun metal gray, and feature our Camburg logo laser etched. The arms utilize a larger FK 1.25" uniball with a PTFE liner for increased strength and mis-alignment, allowing for maximum wheel travel. Made in the USA, these arms are superior to cheaper imports. The uniball is adapted to the spindle/knuckle using model specific spacers machined from heat-treated stainless steel, ensuring a precise fit without the need for drilling or modifications. The 1.25" uniball allows for a larger and stronger 9/16" 12 point bolt with a low profile press-on uniball cap to resist the elements. Additional camber and caster adjustment is possible with the use of larger and stronger FK 7/8" chromoly heim joints, which also eliminate flexing/deflection under hard use and braking without binding. AN/Mil-spec hardware, including a single pinch bolt and secondary jam nut, ensures secure attachment of the heim joint. For 2019+ models with a position sensor incorporated into the FOX electronic suspension, stainless brackets are provided to attach to our arms for the sensor linkage, along with a drill template for proper positioning. The installation process is simple. The new V2 design of these control arms increases usable wheel travel, corrects camber and caster, and eliminates weak factory ball-joints. All necessary hardware is included for installation, and the arms are designed for 1-3" of lift. When using the factory OEM 17" wheels, a 1/4" - 3/8" wheel spacer may be required when running larger tires than stock. We recommend zero offset wheels (5.00" backspacing) when running larger tires than stock.

Our Camburg preload spring spacers are a cost effective and easy way to lift and level the front of your '21-24 Gen3 Ford Raptor while still keeping the plush factory ride with the OEM Fox coilovers. Lifting the front also increases your compression travel which is a great benefit off-roading. We offer them in black and FOX orange versions. Don’t confuse these with standard cheap “spacer" lifts. These preload the coil spring, they do not space the shock down allowing the suspension to droop out too far and lose compression travel by bottoming out the shock sooner. Running a taller tire will also increase needed ground clearance when off-roading. We CNC machine these in-house from aerospace quality 6061-T6 aluminum, then have them anodized and laser etched. These install easily onto your factory OEM Fox coilovers and lift the front end 1.5". These are not designed to be used with aftermarket coil springs on the OEM stock shocks. Combine these with our KINETIK series billet upper control arms and trailing arms to correct and improve geometry for better handling. You asked for it! Now we offer our KINETIK billet upper arms anodized to match your King shocks to really show off your suspension. Countless hours were spent designing and refining these arms to the point where they met our high standards. CAD designing and machining gave us the ability to bring some new design elements and features to the table. We CNC machine these from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum, then send them out to be bead blasted, Type II anodized blue and have our Camburg logo laser etched. These can allow for more wheel travel with extended length coilovers and we correct the suspension geometry with an increase in caster to improve the handling both on and off-road. This gives your truck a much more predictable and precision feel, especially once you leave the pavement and hit the dirt. Like our tubular arms we use a larger FK 1.25” uniball that has a PTFE liner for increased strength and mis-alignment for maximum useable wheel travel. Made in the USA these are far superior to the cheaper and smaller imports other companies use. Adapting the uniball to the spindle/knuckle is done using model specific spacers that match the factory taper precisely. These are machined from heat-treated stainless steel and are a one piece design for increased strength. No drilling or modifications are needed. The 1.25” uniball gives us the ability to run a 12 point bolt with a low profile press-on uniball cap to resist the elements. Using larger and stronger FK 7/8” chromoly heim joints allows for additional camber and caster adjustment if needed. Using a heim joint also eliminates flexing/deflection under hard use and braking with zero binding when in use. Using AN/Mil-spec hardware we have a single pinch bolt and secondary jam nut to insure the heim is secure with the rigors of off-road use.

Introducing the Camburg X-Joint, a high-performance ball-joint designed for extreme conditions. Made with heat-treated materials and an improved boot design, it offers increased strength, better greasing, and longer lifespan. The dual lip seal design prevents contamination, while the grease zerk fitting allows for easy maintenance. Specifically designed for our ball-joint upper arms, it provides optimal fit and maximum wheel travel. These arms correct suspension geometry, improve handling, and offer a wider range of alignment adjustment. With CNC bent tubes, MIG welded construction, and polyurethane frame pivot bushings, they are built to last. The package includes all necessary hardware and is made in the USA.

These arms are meticulously designed and crafted using CAD and CNC machining. They are made from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum and undergo bead blasting, Type II anodizing, and laser etching for a sleek gun metal gray finish with our Camburg logo. The larger FK 1.25" uniball with a PTFE liner provides increased strength and mis-alignment for maximum wheel travel. The arms are made in the USA and are superior to cheaper imports. Model specific spacers machined from heat-treated stainless steel adapt the uniball to the spindle/knuckle without drilling or modifications. The 1.25" uniball allows for a larger bolt with a low profile press-on cap to resist the elements. The use of FK 7/8" chromoly heim joints allows for additional camber and caster adjustment while eliminating flexing/deflection and binding. AN/Mil-spec hardware, including a single pinch bolt and secondary jam nut, ensures secure heim joint performance in off-road conditions. The new V2 design increases usable wheel travel, corrects camber and caster, and eliminates weak factory ball-joints. All necessary hardware is included for installation. These arms are designed for 1-3" of lift.

Ball joints are made up of a lower ball joint and upper floating king-pin. The upper ball joint is designed as a pivot point determining the axis on which the knuckle will move and thus, only sees a lateral load. The lower ball joint tracks the knuckle on an imperfect axis, the spherical lower is required to allow the knuckle to move freely with only a slight vertical travel through its steering cycle. Carli Extreme-Duty Upper Ball Joints have a pin and housing but the “hat” of the pin contacts the housing. This adds a second wear surface to further distribute the load applied laterally to the ball joint while providing the same failsafe as a factory ball joint ensuring the pin cannot be pulled through the bottom of the ball joint housing. Further, there is no sleeve isolating the wear surfaces, eliminating the point of failure. A Viton Seal at the bottom of the housing prevents the environment elements from entering the ball joint. The lower joints have no liners of any kind. At the top, a bronze wear surface preloaded by a disc spring, safety washer and snap ring ensures the ball joints wear surfaces are always held tightly together for superior performance. Materials and process play an important role in the impressive durability and performance of Carli Extreme-Duty Ball Joints. It starts with masking. All surfaces but the wear surface are masked with a copper plating. Once plated, the ball joints head to carburizing. The carburizing creates an extremely hard surface with a case-hardness (penetrating depth) of 20-25 thousandths. When the ball joint has completed the carburizing/heat treatment, it’s stripped of the copper masking, leaving the entire joint heat treated and the wear surfaces incredibly hard. The entire joint is then covered with a corrosion resistant gray coating for protection from the elements.

The track bar plays a crucial role in the front end of heavy-duty straight axle trucks, serving as both a suspension and steering component. Any deflection or wear in the track bar and its bushings immediately impacts the driver's experience, leading to issues like excessive steering input, floating front end, wandering, and the dreaded Death Wobble. Lifting the truck makes matters worse by putting additional load and strain on the bar by pulling the axle off-center and changing the undercarriage geometry. Carli's Adjustable Track Bar is engineered to address these problems effectively. It deflects less than the stock bar, ensuring improved handling and damping vibrations without compromising performance and allows the axle to be re-centered restoring proper geometry. Unlike the factory bar, Carli's track bar offers an extended service life, being rebuildable rather than replaceable.
