All ICON tubular upper control arms are constructed from CNC bent 1026 DOM steel tubing and then powder coated to a semi-gloss black finish for maximum strength and corrosion resistance. ICON upper control arms are engineered with built-in caster correction for optimal alignment specifications and confidence inspiring handling. A main benefit of ICON upper control arms is the potential for increased wheel travel when paired with our extended travel coilovers, this translates into superior performance and ride quality for your 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma. These upper control arms feature ICON's patented Delta Joint. The Delta Joint is a heavy-duty high angle ball joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the performance characteristics of a traditional uniball. While the industry standard uniball does a great job of allowing the control arms of a vehicle to articulate with little bind, they do have an inherent weakness that leaves more to be desired when used in a daily driven application - exposure to the elements. The Delta Joint features a zinc plated housing providing the first layer of corrosion resistance, while a tough grease seal keeps potentially harmful elements out of the inner workings of the joint. Metal on metal construction and a greaseable design increase the longevity of the Delta Joint while at the same time allowing for noise-free operation. ICON's Billet Aluminum Rear Trailing Arms for the Toyota FJ Cruiser, 4Runner, 200 Series Land Cruiser, and Lexus GX are a great replacement for weak factory lower links. These trailing arms are light, strong, and have been engineered to increase the off-road ride quality the vehicle. Constructed out of 6061 CNC-machined billet aluminum, these arms also stand out when bolted up on the vehicle. They include 16T Rod Rod Ends that have a load rating of over 40,000 lbs of pressure as well as a dual rate bushing on the axle side for excellent articulation characteristics with minimal deflection. A replaceable nylon rock slider is incorporated into the design of the arm to prevent any hang-ups on the trail.

ICON Omega Series Bypass shocks are designed and built to give your vehicle outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street. These shocks are configured specifically for each application in length but allow the user to customize the ride characteristics to their liking through adjustment of the bypass valves. Like all ICON shock absorbers, Omega Series shocks are 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable. ICON’s use of a 6061 billet aluminum manifold a few inches below the top cap of the shock creates an internal “Bump Zone” that when used, creates a significant increase in damping force. This additional force helps prevent harsh bottom outs and controls the suspension when compressing at high velocity. The ICON Bypass Valve is an externally adjustable valve that restricts oil flow through the bypass tube and provides 28 settings of compression and rebound adjustment with no tools required.

ICON Vehicle Specific (V.S.) 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are designed and built to give your vehicle outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street. These shocks are configured specifically for each application in both length and damping tune. Like all ICON'S Shock Absorbers, V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable. For piggyback and specific remote reservoir applications, ICON'S unique use of a 6061 billet aluminum manifold a few inches below the top cap of the shock creates an internal Bump Zone that when used creates an additional 20% of damping force. This additional force helps prevent harsh bottom outs and controls the suspension when compressing at high velocity. The ICON CDC Valve is an externally adjustable valve that restricts oil flow into the reservoir which creates 10 levels of compression damping force ranges. If you are looking for a more user defined tune, consider looking into the Omega Series bypass shocks.

ICON’s Delta Joint is a heavy-duty high-angle ball joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the performance characteristics of a traditional uniball. While the industry standard uniball does a great job of allowing the control arms of a vehicle to articulate with little bind, they do have an inherent weakness that leaves more to be desired when used in a daily driven application - exposure to the elements. The Delta Joint’s zinc plated housing provides the first layer of corrosion resistance, while a tough grease seal keeps potentially harmful elements out of the inner workings of the joint. Metal on metal construction and a greaseable design increase the longevity of the Delta Joint while also allowing for noise-free operation. What makes the Delta Joint unique is that it brings the best of both worlds to ICON upper control arms with features that make it more robust than a uniball, and capable of greater angularity than a typical ball joint.

This Rear Lower Shock Shin Guard is made out of 304 stainless steel. This guard prevents your rear shocks from dragging on rocks and other obstacles while on your off-road adventures. The Shin Guard design helps prevent debris from prematurely wearing your shock's shaft which will prolong the shocks life. Stainless steel was our first choice for this piece because it is exposed to the elements and road debris more than any other part of the rear suspension. The hardened stainless will prevent corrosion and will not gouge like common steel skids.

ICON’s Vehicle-specific valving provides a sport tuned feel on and off-road while offering 1-3” of lift height adjustability for use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. ICON's larger 2.5” shock body and increased piston area over stock components provides improved damping ability and outstanding ride characteristics across varying types of terrain. Remote reservoirs ensure optimum performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, keeping the shocks at a cooler operating temperature during heavy use. The ICON CDC Valve upgrade is included for those desiring an easy way to tune the ride externally with 10 adjustment settings from soft to hard. When paired with ICON rear 2.0 Aluminum Series or 2.5 Series shocks, vehicle control will be balanced front to rear resulting in the best overall driving experience for your Tundra or Sequoia.

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra Rear Hydraulic Bump Stop System was designed to take the off-road capability of the truck to new levels by significantly improving the bottom-out control of the rear suspension and reducing rear end kick. Like all ICON hydraulic bumps stops, these feature both velocity and position sensitive technology which means that as the shaft speed increases and moves through the travel, the force increases exponentially to provide excellent bottoming resistance that won’t negatively affect articulation.

This stabilizer is based on the ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series shock absorber line, and has been specifically tuned to compensate for the additional weight of larger wheels and tires on the RAM 3/4-ton trucks. The ICON 2.0 stabilizer is a direct fit replacement, meaning install is as simple as removing the original unit, and bolting up the ICON part in its place. Ease of installation combined with Increased damping ability over stock, a corrosion-resistant shock body, and a fully rebuildable design make the ICON steering stabilizer the best choice for replacing or upgrading worn out 2009-UP RAM 2500/3500 components.

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Lexus GX Rear Coil Spring Conversion Kit consists of billet aluminum bump stop spacers, polyurethane coil spring isolators, and all necessary hardware for installation. The height of the included bump stop spacers have been optimized for use with ICON rear shock absorbers to allow for maximum compression travel and full utilization of ICON shock absorbers’ “bump zones” for increased suspension performance. Polyurethane coil spring isolators ensure that the coil is properly retained with minimal deflection and quite operation.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics V.S. 2.5 Series internal reservoir front coilover shocks are an incredible upgrade for the front end of the 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner, 2010-2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser, and 2010-2023 Lexus GX460. These adjustable coilovers allow up to 0-3.5” of lift height adjustability, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Their extended travel shock length yields the maximum travel possible with aftermarket front upper control arms and ICON’s Vehicle-specific valving along with the larger 2.5” shock body and increased piston area over stock components provide superior ride quality and suspension performance both on- and off-road. Coil springs with increased spring rate are included to help support added weight of accessories such as bumpers, winches, etc., and help ensure proper lift heights for heavier equipped vehicles. When paired with ICON 2.0 or 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shock absorbers vehicle control will be balanced front to rear, resulting in the best overall driving experience for your Toyota 4Runner, FJ Cruiser or Lexus GX460.
